The Important Details:
HOLIDAY WEEKS: Holiday weeks include the following holidays: New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Monthly stays that include a holiday are not charged the holiday premium.
CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS: Confirmed reservations require a $1,000 security deposit (refundable – less $195 cleaning fee.) Full rental amount is due 45 days prior to arrival date and becomes non-refundable at that time.
CANCELLATION: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty 45 days prior to the arrival date. SECURITY DEPOSIT is fully refundable less an administrative fee of $125 if reservation is cancelled at any time.

Check-out time is 9 AM
Check-in time is 4 PM
When possible we will try to accommodate late check-out/early check-in, but it is not always possible and additional charges may apply.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 persons.
POOL & JACUZZI: The Jacuzzi is heated without additional charge to guests. The swimming pool can be heated if desired for an additional fee of $49 per day (5 day minimum).
RENTAL CONTRACT: A detailed rental contract with all terms and conditions will be sent to you on request.
